The restaurant offers a choice between served or self-service meals. The kitchen, recently renewed, is run by a team of cooks who will prepare a multitude of delicacies for you: local, national and international dishes with traditional flavours that will tempt your palate, strong and delicate at the same time, and with that rare taste that one finds only in local products.
The secret lies in the freshness of local products and their authenticity, in fact, the hotel chooses only ingredients of controlled origin and coming from the valleys, buying only products in the near vicinity to enable the creation of a cuisine fresh in flavour and respectful of tradition. Dishes suitable for celebrations of any kind.

FOOD INTOLERANCE DIETS
The Sport Hotel Forte also pays great attention to the macrobiotic, vegan and vegetarian menus making use of selected products branded AIAB.
Guests subject to special diets or food allergies must notify the kitchen of the hotel before 10.30 a.m. so that the meal is ordered and can be cooked with the due care required.
